Now that spring is in „full bloom”, many of us struggle with the problem of not knowing what to wear. Well, actually, we always struggle with that problem, but the transition from Winter to Spring is a very sensitive topic. The weather also makes it very tricky, because it’s never as warm as the sun makes it look, therefore a blazer, even a coat, will be handy from time to time. However, that’s not exactly what I wanted to talk to you about.
Spring is the season when everything around is so beautiful that all you want to do is take long walks, and smell the blossoms, and fresh grass, and substitute gelato for proper lunch, and feel the warm breeze playing with your hair, and feel alive, and carry on writing the same life book of yours, but in a different ink.
Yes, we do feel like we can do so many things, with the right tools obviously. You know how they say “Give a girl the right shoes and she can conquer the world”. When you’re my type of person, and start acting like a little brat when wearing something uncomfortable. And that is what I wanted to talk to you about, shoes.
Having flat feet, I fight with the intense pain of spending too much time on heels. As much as I love heels, and find them utterly sexy, I’ve been trying to exclude them from my daily life style. That’s why you might have noticed that most on my outfits have been styled with flats lately. So, as a medical “anti-heel” person (oh I’d still be killing my body with these Gianvito Rossi hotties) I want to share with you one of my favorite shoes of the moment,Tod’s Gomminos. The high quality leather and the genuine italian style make them a statement piece for any outfits, be that working, casual or weekend.
